Terms and conditions

• We do not have any memberships. Should we call for members, the same will be intimated through this Website.
• Bookings are made on a first come-first serve basis and need to be confirmed with an advance of minimum 50%.
  
• Payment: 50% on confirmation by cash, at Bangalore office (Infantry Road) and balance by current dated cheque (security reasons). At the time of check out you shall clear your balance amount by cash or credit card & collect back your security cheque at resort. All cheques should be drawn in favoring GREEN VALLEY CLUB.
• Checkout time for cottages: 1400 hrs.
  
• Weekends (sat & sun) only buffet breakfast; lunch and dinner will be served.
  
• Usage of all amenities like tennis, swimming pool, basketball, volleyball, table tennis, cricket, cards, chess and carom are FREE.
  
• Access to all facilities / amenities, listed / picturised above is subject to its availability.
  
• Cancellations made within 100hrs of the event will be charged at actual.
  
• All clients will clear the bills before checking out.
  
• Headcount will be at security.
  
• No buses/ minibuses are allowed inside the gate.
  
• Non-alcoholic beverages/ eatables NOT to be carried in.
  
• Additional beverages and snacks will be charged extra.
  
• Bar-be-que: could be organized at actuals.
  
• Billing will be done for the confirmed number of persons.
  
• Prices will be subjected to change.
  
• Timings for picnics/ fits:
  
  • Breakfast: 8.30 am - 10.30 am
    
  • Lunch: 1.30 pm -3.00 pm.
    
  • Snacks: 4.30 pm - 5.30pm.
    
  • Dinner: 8.00 pm - 10.00 pm.
    
  • The restaurant closes at 11.00 pm.
